Refund policy
Returns
We hope all our customers are happy with their purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, contact us and you can return any item within 14 days of receiving it. To receive a full refund the items must be returned unused and in their original.
Packaging

We recommend you return goods via a recorded/insured method, as we cannot be held liable for goods lost or damaged in transit, and we cannot provide a refund or exchange if we do not receive the original goods back in their original condition.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
All items checked for quality before dispatch, but in the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect product, please let us know with photo evidence within 48 hours of receiving the item via our email contact care@inniquette.com. Claims reported outside of 48 hours will not be eligible for a return.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
