For orders of or above US$50: Free shipping

Asia: China, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong

Europe: Italy, France, Germany, the UK, Ireland

America: The U.S., Canada

Please be aware that shipping charges do not include international customs, duties, or broker taxes. All applicable taxes and duties are the responsibility of the purchaser, and will be paid by the customer. Please contact the customs office in your destination country for information about any applicable duties or taxes. Please note that Inniquette will only be able to provide refund if the parcel is fully returned to our warehouse, and no refund will be proceed if the item is held at custom facilities.

If an item has been shipped but not received, please contact us within 30 days of the shipment date to notify us. We will do our best to resolve the issue for you and act in good faith. However, if you contact us after 30 days, we cannot guarantee refund or replacement.
